Let our AI suggest a week's worth of meals based on your recipes, preferences, and cooking history.

How It Works

The AI considers:

  • Your recipe collection
  • Dietary restrictions and allergens
  • What you've cooked recently (avoids repeats)
  • Your ratings and favorites
  • Household preferences

Get Suggestions

Open the planner

Navigate to your weekly meal planner.

Click 'Suggest Meals'

Click the Suggest Meals button in the top toolbar.

Review suggestions

The AI suggests 7 dinner recipes. Review each one.

Accept or swap

  • Accept All: Add all suggestions to your week
  • Swap: Click any suggestion to see alternatives
  • Reject: Remove suggestions you don't want

Suggestion Limits

Better Suggestions

To improve AI suggestions:

  • Rate your recipes: Higher-rated recipes appear more often
  • Add dietary preferences: Settings → Dietary → Add restrictions
  • Build your collection: More recipes = more variety
  • Cook and log: The AI learns from your cooking history

If you have fewer than 15 recipes, the AI may suggest new recipe ideas in addition to your saved recipes.
