Create Your First Recipe

There are two ways to add recipes to your collection: importing from a website or creating manually.

Import from a Website (Recommended)

The fastest way to add recipes is to import them from your favorite cooking websites.

Find a recipe online

Browse any recipe website and find something you'd like to make. Copy the URL from your browser.

Click Import Recipe

In the app, click the + Add Recipe button in the top right, then select Import from URL.

Paste and import

Paste the recipe URL and click Import. Our AI will extract the title, ingredients, instructions, and nutrition info.

Review and save

Check that everything looks correct, make any adjustments, and click Save Recipe.

We support most recipe websites including AllRecipes, Food Network, Serious Eats, NYT Cooking, and thousands more.

Create Manually

Prefer to type it yourself? Click + Add RecipeCreate Manually to open the recipe editor.

You can enter:

  • Recipe title and description
  • Ingredients with quantities
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Servings and cook time
  • Tags and categories
