Mark favorites and rate recipes to remember your best dishes.


Favorites and Ratings

Track your best recipes with favorites and ratings.

Favorite a Recipe

Click the heart icon on any recipe to add it to your favorites. Favorited recipes appear in the "Favorites" smart folder for quick access.

Where to Find Favorites

  • Smart Folder: Click "Favorites" in the sidebar
  • History Tab: Click "Favorites" tab in History
  • Filter: Use the favorites filter when browsing

Rate Your Recipes

After cooking a recipe, rate it from 1-5 stars to remember how much you liked it.

How to Rate

  1. Open the recipe
  2. Click the star rating below the title
  3. Select 1-5 stars

Or rate while logging a cook:

  1. Go to HistoryCooking Log
  2. Find the recipe you cooked
  3. Click to add a rating

Rating Guide

| Stars | Meaning | |-------|---------| | ⭐ | Didn't like it—won't make again | | ⭐⭐ | Okay, but needs work | | ⭐⭐⭐ | Good, would make again | | ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Great, a regular rotation recipe | | ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Amazing, a new favorite! |

Using Ratings

  • Filter by rating: Show only 4+ star recipes
  • Smart suggestions: Higher-rated recipes appear more often in AI suggestions
  • Sort: Sort your collection by rating
