Open your shopping list
Click Shop in the navigation.

Click Email
Click the Email button in the toolbar.

Choose recipients
Enter email addresses (yourself, partner, etc.).

Send
Click Send to deliver the list.
Email Contents
The email includes:
- Complete shopping list organized by category
- Quantities for each item
- Date of the meal plan
- Link to view/edit in the app
Rate Limit
You can send up to 10 shopping list emails per hour.

Email yourself before leaving home, then check your phone while shopping!
